When we talk about sagging, we usually blame gravity. I'm here to break it down and share what actually causes it.
Whose breasts sag?
In general, anyone with DD cups and bigger have sagging breasts. This means there are millions of women around the world who experience this. Women with B, C, and especially D cups can have some sag as well. It depends on the ratio of breast tissue to fat.
What causes it?
There's a few factors.
Genetics: Our genes dictate our breast shape affect how saggy our breasts can get. For example, there are those with full D cup breasts that have very little sag when they're young. But as they age, their Cooper's ligaments will relax as stated in number one above.
Is it normal?
Yes! Having sag doesn't make you any worse or better of a person. It's just a part of life, and there's nothing wrong with it.
